Bogdan Georgescu is the Romanian National Roasting Champion and the World Roasting Vice-Champion.
He is responsible for developing the roasting profiles to reveal the unique flavors and notes of each green coffee that captures his attention.
He is a perfectionist, that's why he tests each batch of coffee with several roasting profiles for a consistency of quality. Then cupping to identify and highlight the notes developed. And yes, he drinks a lot of coffee.

We tell you exactly about the origin of the coffee and the producer - farm, cooperative or processing station, about the harvest period, so that you can be sure that you bought an excellent coffee.
